Bring your evidence
into Nexxus.

Follow these provider-specific steps. Create new credentials exclusively for Nexxus, grant the smallest available permissions, and paste them only into the secure connection screen.

GitHub

Create a fine-grained personal access token. Nexxus uses it to read repository metadata, commits, and diffs. It does not need write access.

    Use our prefilled link. Sign in to GitHub if prompted.

    Choose the resource owner

    Select your personal account or the organization that owns the repositories you want Nexxus to analyze.

    Select repositories

    Choose “All repositories” or limit access to specific company repositories. Specific repositories are safest.

    Confirm read-only permissions

    Do not grant write, administration, secrets, workflow, or deployment permissions.

    Generate and copy the token

    GitHub shows it once. Copy the value beginning with github_pat_, return to Nexxus, and paste it into the GitHub field.

OpenAI

Create an organization Admin API key. Nexxus uses it to retrieve organization-level API usage totals for the value ledger.

Organization Owner required. Only an OpenAI API Platform organization owner can create this key. A normal project API key will not work for organization usage.

    Sign in to the API Platform with the organization-owner account.

    Select “Create new admin key”

    Name the key Nexxus Evidence so it is easy to identify and revoke later.

    Copy the key immediately

    The secret begins with sk-admin- and is shown only once. Copy it and return to Nexxus.

    Paste and synchronize

    Paste it into the OpenAI field on Connections. Nexxus will import the prior 30 days of organization API usage.

What this connection providesAPI request counts and token usage. It does not automatically provide ordinary ChatGPT conversation history or message contents.

Treat every key like a password.

Paste only into Nexxus.Never send keys by email, chat, screenshots, or support messages.

Use dedicated credentials.Create separate keys for Nexxus so access is easy to audit and revoke.

Choose minimum access.Use selected repositories and read-only permissions wherever possible.

Rotate regularly.Use an expiration date and replace credentials if a device or account is compromised.
